We want each Lecion Workshop experience to be a fantastic one. We take Student feedback very seriously. If you feel as though the Instructor did not provide a meaningful experience, then please email us and we will research the transaction and contact you within [3 business days]. We then work with the Student and Instructor to resolve the situation.
In the event that an Instructor fails to show for a Workshop, upon notification from the Student within 48 hours of the Workshop, the Student’s fees will be 100% refunded.
