In the event that a Student requests a refund, and we honor that refund per our refund policy. Any refunded money will be deducted from the Instructor’s Account. Students have 48 hours to dispute a Lecion. In the event of a legitimate dispute between an Instructor and Student, we work to resolve the matter through good faith cooperation of both parties. If a party declines to cooperate in the resolution of a dispute within 5 business days of the date of the disputed Workshop, we reserve the right to terminate the user account and funds may be forfeited pursuant to our Terms of Service.
