Bummer. That is not cool. If the Instructor did not show at the appointed time, we recommend waiting for 5-7 minutes. If the Instructor still doesn’t show up, we sincerely apologize for your inconvenience and we will gladly refund your Workshop fee. Please send us an email with the details of the incident and we will follow up with the Instructor directly.
