An Instructor can easily share his/her computer screen with a Student by clicking the Share My Desktop icon at the top left hand side of his/her video conferencing screen at any point during the Workshop. 

A Student can also share his/her desktop with an Instructor.  To enable this type of sharing, the Instructor changes the Student’s status to “presenter” by clicking the icon next to the Student’s name.  Then, the Student clicks the Share My Desktop icon at the top left hand side of his/her video conferencing screen to share his/her computer screen. 

To run desktop sharing, you will need to have Java installed before the start of your Workshop.
